2023: Sentence - 4 years in prison for selling data on Daria Dugina

On November 9, 2023, the Nagatinsky Court of Moscow sentenced former traffic police officer Ivan Rybin to four years in prison, who "punched" the personal data of journalist Daria Dugina for Ukrainian saboteurs. He will serve his sentence in a general regime correctional colony.

According to the press service of the capital's courts of general jurisdiction, Ivan Rybin was found guilty of committing crimes under Part 1 of Art. 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (abuse of office) and Part 2 of Art. 137 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of privacy). In addition to Rybin, Daniil Choudhury was in the dock, who actually became an intermediary in transferring information to the killers. He was assigned a year in prison.

Rybin and Choudhury were also banned from posting appeals on the Internet and other information telecommunication networks for three years and two years, respectively. Both defendants pleaded guilty, notes Interfax"."

In a car with the daughter of philosopher Alexander Dugin Daria, when she was returning on August 20, 2022 from the Tradition festival, an explosive device went off. According to the FSB, the explosion was prepared by the Ukrainian special services, and the performer was a citizen of Ukraine Natalya Vovk, who, after the crime, left for Estonia. Several more people are involved in the case.

According to Daniil Choudhury, he "systematically collaborated" with Telegram channels that provided personal data for money. In one of the chats, he met Ivan Rybin, who completed about 40 orders transferred by Daniel Choudhury, including collecting information about the family of Alexander Dugin. At the same time, both convicts insist that they did not know about the impending murder.

The indictment of the Prosecutor General's Office said that Daniil Choudhury posted an advertisement on Telegram to collect confidential information about Daria Dugina from February to April 2022. The investigation claims that Ivan Rybin received 3350 rubles for the transfer of this information.[1]
