The Kazan branch of the Russian academy of justice optimizes accounting and control of money

The Intelkom company performed optimization of accounting and control of money in the Kazan branch of the Russian academy of justice. The realization is enabled on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

Start of Project

For process optimization of accounting, timely control of execution of budget commitments, simplification of charge and control of a payment receipt under agreements of paid training there was a need for the modern information system reflecting fully specifics of accounting of budgetary institution and allowing to prepare the budget reporting according to new requirements of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

The management of university made the decision on implementation of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program for compliance of a product to the stated requirements.

To results

In 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 with the minimum labor costs preparation of the regulated and budget reporting is conducted. The transparency of credentials increased, work on accounting and charge of payments on agreements of paid training is optimized, operating control over use of budgetary and extrabudgetary funds, observance of limit obligations is adjusted, the payment discipline increased.

Work on start of a new system was begun with data transfer from the program which is earlier used in branch for accounting. It allowed to reduce time necessary for formation and processing of accounting documents.

Transition to the new accounting system in the Kazan branch of the Russian academy of justice provided the solution of the following tasks:

• optimization of accounting and control of use of budgetary funds.
• automation of agreement settlements on paid training.
• quality improvement and transparency of credentials due to consolidation of all types of accounting and automatic execution of a number of transactions in the new program.

Positive factors

Thanks to implementation work of employees is facilitated, the transparency of accounting and necessary detailing of credentials is provided; the quality and controllability of accounting processes increased, the high level of automation of budget accounting since need manually disappeared to verify documents is provided.

Preparation of the reporting of budgetary institution is automated, execution of budget commitments and authorization of budget expenses is quickly controlled.

A system has advanced functionality for control of inadvertent user errors and the user-friendly interface allowing to configure flexibly the chart of accounts, reports, to analyze financial results of activity of branch in different cuts.
