  • The existing system of motivation does not motivate employees on achievement of effective objectives and results.

  • Do not buy the license of the selected product on all company at once. If there is an opportunity, try to implement a pilot project on the limited group of people, for example, you and heads of divisions, departments, branches.   • Try to find out in advance how there is system implementation, what is the time and what efforts of you will demand. Should you interrupt any production processes and whether you will be able to afford it?
  • Find out whether the supplier uses the solution itself in the daily activity? In what volume? Find time to look how the implemented system at the different levels in the company is used.
