Customer representatives studied popular solutions on the market and came to the conclusion that closed source platforms dependent on one vendor are not suitable, since it is important for the company to receive prompt and affordable intranet support after the project is implemented. K-Team was chosen as the most suitable solution. Together with the K-Team, the specialists of Business Lines have compiled a list of priority tasks. Among them: creating a single communication platform available to employees of all departments, reducing the time for solving work issues, automating the processes of adapting new employees. One of the important requirements was to connect the portal to a new corporate authentication service developed by the specialists of Business Lines.

The K-Team, together with the specialists of Business Lines, drew up a plan and started implementing the project: they conducted a detailed audit of the current portal and collected requirements, assessed the deadlines and KPIs of business customers, gathered working groups on functionality and worked out all points of the terms of reference. Then they trained content managers and administrators, implemented the launch of the boxed version and introduced several additional modules that are aimed at developing an internal corporate culture and employee involvement in the life of the company.

As of November 2023, the corporate portal of the Business Lines company consists of a standard K-Team solution, including a file sharing and messenger, as well as additional modules: knowledge base, vacancies, employee delivery schedule, Question-Answer section, driver and courier orders, news, media stores, gratitude, best employees. In addition, the problem of filling the site with content was solved and the "Blogs" module was implemented - now each employee can maintain his own blog, share interesting and useful information.

The speed of communication has increased several times due to role-based solutions and simplified access to tools. Together with the customer, the K-Team has prepared a plan for the development and launch of several subsystems and traditional modules (for example, a prize store), which are aimed at developing an internal corporate culture and the involvement of Business Lines personnel in the life of the company.

The corporate portal has become an excellent tool for collecting, sharing and distributing information, which ultimately simplifies the process of internal communication.
