Tomsk house-building company (TDSK) (Euphrates)

Work of employees of "TDSK" is followed by a large number of the entering and outgoing correspondence, organizational and administrative documents and also the technology and project documentation. Besides, divisions of holding are located in different buildings that considerably complicates search, movement and document handling. For this reason for increase in efficiency of "TDSK" the management of the enterprise initiated the project on system implementation of EVFRAT.

The first stage of works began in 2008. As a result of its end using the EUPHRATES system document flow of the TDSK parent organization, including approval of internal documents, registration entering and outgoing correspondence and also control of execution of instructions was automated. It allowed to reduce several times time necessary for review of documents and task performance.

Now works on system implementation of EVFRAT in SU of TDSK Ltd and Tom-Dom Ltd began. It is planned that after end of this stage system deployment will be continued in other divisions of holding.
