Bodies state authorities of the Chechen republic - the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Ministry of Economic Development, administration of the head and the governments of the Chechen Republic made the decision on replacement of the existing workflow system on EDMS "CASE".
Project Steps
At the first stage of implementation 48 jobs the CASE systems of employees of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Ministry of Economic Development are installed and configured.
Present
Today the staff of the ministries had an opportunity to use in the everyday work of EDMS "DELO" as all functionality.
Future
The next stage plans installation of 150 jobs of a system in Administration of the head and the Governments of the Chechen Republic.
Transfer of the existing paper archive in an electronic form is supposed for what line scanners will be purchased and the module "Line Scanning" is implemented.
In further perspective – implementation of the mechanism of the electronic digital signature and transition to electronic document management.
