2023: Implementation of Personal Data Accounting Software for 1C Platform: ZUP

The Independent Insurance Group, together with ARinteg, implemented a project to implement Personal Data Accounting software for the 1C: ZUP platform, which greatly simplified the work of document management employees within the 152-FZ. ARinteg announced this on November 16, 2023.

The product has understandable business logic within the framework of the usual 1C interface, so they mastered it quickly, - said Alexander Bakharev, head of the IT department of SK NSG LLC. - Implementation made it possible to significantly reduce the time for document management within the 152-FZ. Module 1C: UPDn contains all the necessary templates and document forms. Now we can use data from registers and typical functionality for monitoring in 1C: Payroll and HR Management.

Our 1C: UPDn module easily integrates with 1C: Payroll and HR Management configuration, while the latter will remain supported and the process of updating it does not change, "said Dmitry Slobodenyuk, Commercial Director of ARinteg.

The solution allows you to keep the documents necessary for the processing of personal data (PD) in the current state, documents and forms are automatically updated when the regulatory framework changes. As of November 2023, the NSG IC has at its disposal 34 sets of regulatory documents on the protection and processing of personal data that meet the requirements of the law.

And this is an important point, given that fines for the leakage of personal data, as well as their processing without the written consent of the owners (one of the most frequent violations), legislators are preparing to tighten. The corresponding amendments were submitted to the State Duma deputies. In particular, the amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation imply the imposition of negotiable fines: for repeated leakage at the level of 0.1-3% of turnover, but at least 15 million and no more than 500 million rubles. Meanwhile, the protection of personal data begins with the organization of the correct processes for handling them, and the module for 1C: UPDn developed by ARinteg helps in this.

The product is registered under No. 10346 in the register of domestic software and is certified by 1C as an extension of Appendix 1C: Payroll and HR Management. Provides the whole range of work with PD subjects: from integration with accounting systems to the change of responsible persons. Allows you to work with personal data for several organizations or structural divisions, there is access to a library of ready-made regulations, to work with requests from regulatory authorities.

The program automatically generates draft consents for the processing of personal data for any subjects of PD based on the pre-filled list. The module connects to the human resources department database and "sees" employees and positions, as well as changes in the staffing table. Therefore, if the person responsible for the processing of personal data changes, then to issue a new order, you just need to press the button. After that, the database is automatically rebuilt according to personal data, - the developers specify.
