Career

2003-2004

In 2003, he became the producer and co-director of the fairy tale film "The Guardian of Time," shot jointly with the film studio of Alexei Uchitel "Rock."

In 2004, he headed the production department of A-Media (TV series "Poor Nastya," "33 square meters," "Dear Masha Berezina")

In 2007, he headed the film production and procurement department of Walt Disney CIS.

2023: Appointment as CEO of Amedia Production

On November 13, 2023, Vadim Sokolovsky officially became the new general director of Amedia Production, which is one of the largest producers of series, films and television programs in Russia. He replaced Marina Sidorova, who had headed Amedia Production since June 2015. She left the company "to develop her own business projects," according to the Amedia Production Telegram channel.

Prior to his appointment to Amedia Production, Sokolovsky since 2020 served as director of the department of his own production of the Ivi online cinema. In September 2023, he left the company. It was noted that Sokolovsky will develop his own projects, and his duties will be performed by Ivan Grinin, who previously served as Deputy General Director for Content^[1]
