2023: Mobile App Launch

In November 2023, the Russian money transfer service abroad KwikPay launched a mobile application that is available on Google Play and the App Store. This happened almost three months after the company was registered in the register of the Bank of Russia.

In the KwikPay application, it will be possible to make transfers to the CIS, EU and Asia. They will be carried out both in cash and in bank accounts in rubles, dollars and euros. The amount of commission in the system will vary from 0 to 5%.

By November 24, 2023, transfers are available only Turkey in (money can be obtained from PG PARA branches), but in the near future the service plans to replenish the list of countries,, and Uzbekistan Israel. Greece Cyprus Earlier, the company said that users of the application will be able to send money to 38 countries. In addition to Russia and the CIS, the list includes,,,,, Austria Italy Germany France as well as Greece Asian ones like states Vietnam and the Philippines.

Kwikpay, according to the rules of the payment system, makes transfers through its application from Mir, Visa and Mastercard cards. Without opening a bank account, customers can transfer through the application in rubles, dollars, euros, as well as through rubles credited in dollars/euros/other national currency. All other transfers (through the divisions of bank payment agents, replenishment of bank cards, replenishment of accounts, electronic wallet) are available only in rubles.

The operator of Kwikpay is LLC Trubnaya SIV. This company, as Vedomosti writes with reference to the data of the SPARK-Interfax system, was registered in 2019 with an authorized capital of 10,000 rubles and the status of a small enterprise. The 100% owner of the LLC is Irina Hellmikh (by November 24, 2023). The main activity of the company is the development of computer software, and the general director of the company is Yuri Mindrin^[1]
