Automation of accounting in Vitalinvest LLC is made based on the standard solution 1C: Small Business Management developed on 1C: Enterprise platform 8. As the partner, in the project of automation of Vitalinvest LLC, the 1C:VDGB company took part.
Accounting automation process
Implementation of the standard solution 1C: Small Business Management 8 allowed:
Manage marketing and sales:
- store information on range positions the prices, plan sales in natural and value term, carry out the plan-fact analysis on groups to goods or departments of the company, to plan requirements, to make diagrams of shipments and to control a commodity remaining balance;
Manage purchases:
- make supplier orders, reserve goods, store information on suppliers;
Manage a warehouse and production:
- keep account of products, including on storage locations, using different characteristics of goods, make production schedules, register orders for assembly (dismantling) and fix the facts of production and rendering services, to calculate actual cost, to keep account of actual costs;
Keep account of means:
- keep financial accounting on cash desk and bank, to create primary documents, to keep the payment schedule, to use the client bank system, to control settlement with partners and clients;
Keep personnel records:
- calculate the salary, keep a time recording, plan works of contractors, reports on calculations;
Manage finance:
- control creditor and receivables, cash flow.
Result
Implementation 1C: Small Business Management 8 is carried out without significant changes of a standard configuration. Two workplaces are automated.
Implementation automates the main activities of the company.
