Roshchinskoye Condominium used the solution of automation of accounting in housing and public utilities management companies

Implementation of industry solution of 1C:VDGB: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC provides automation of accounting activity and management of housing and public utilities in Roshchinskoye Condominium on 1C: Enterprise platform 8.

Implementation

In Moscow region Roshchinskoye Condominium implementation of the 1C:VDGB program is carried out : Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC.

Solution

The management of Roshchinskoye Condominium made the decision to automate management and accounting activity of the enterprise for increase in transparency and quality of conducting all types of accounting. For project implementation the 1C:VDGB software product was selected : Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC which considers specifics of work of the enterprises of the industry of housing and communal services, in particular — specifics of activity of management companies.

The program, due to integration into the standard solution 1C: Accounting 8, allowed to automate the following sections of accounting activity of customer company:

• material accounting;
• inventory control;
• accounting of transactions with money;
• fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• salary accrual;
• application of any tax modes (the STS, an UIIT, the normal system of taxation, SP) and transition from one tax regime to another in working base in several minutes.

The functionality of the software product allows to solve also a number of tasks, specific to UK:

• flexible determination of services and methods of their calculation;
• distribution of payment between services;
• accounting of housing and non-residential stock;
• formation of the specialized reporting.

Result

The works on implementation are completed now. The industry solution of 1C:VDGB is set without significant configuration changes.
