2023: Introduction of Viki.Jet.WMS

The system was implemented at the warehouse complex of the customer - Diasavtoplus LLC. Web Vicky announced this in November 2023. The implementation was preceded by a joint active work with the customer to analyze business processes, desired indicators by types of operations, their frequency and much more. Work on the document, which described all the tasks for adapting, configuring, integrating and implementing the WMS system, was completed within 2 months. It also described the modules that the customer will need in the future. The implementation of the system was carried out within 2 months.

As a result of the implementation of WMS, it was possible to achieve:

• reducing the time of acceptance, placement and selection of goods,
• elimination of errors during operations in the warehouse,
• reduction of training time for new employees,
• ensuring the possibility of carrying out an inventory,
• quick and unmistakable location of each product in the warehouse with their significant assortment,
• The customer has received tools for planning and forecasting work results based on statistics and data analytics for the period.

When implementing the system, the warehouse processes are optimally configured, the warehouse is divided into zones, which facilitated work and increased the speed of layout/selection of goods by 200%, the company received understanding and online statistics on warehouse balances and goods movement, and also got the opportunity to conduct an inventory without stopping the warehouse.
