2023: Implementation of "1C:Itilium"
Desnol Soft switched to a prototype software product - 1C:Itilium. The company announced this on November 28, 2023. The migration took place as part of a joint release of the Service Desk class system with 1C for automating services in ITSM and ESM areas.
1C:ITILIUM will be released by 1C together with IT Desnol Soft to replace the software products Itilium and. 1C:ITIL The developer of the solution is Desnol, it was his Service Desk Itilium that was chosen as the prototype of the system, the release will include a number of functional updates.
The first transition to the pilot version of the 1C:ITILIUM was made by Desnol Soft as a system developer and an active user: for 13 years the company's internal IT processes have been managed by its own Service Desk. The solution serves as a backup for planning and releasing releases, a tool for accounting for labor costs of specialists and calculating the cost of projects, a platform for operational management of tasks and a knowledge base for support. And, of course, the classic Service Desk for the IT department, AXO and quality service - a solution that helps to process applications on time.
The migration started in early October 2023 and took place in two stages: first, IT specialists made a copy of the database and tested it on a backup, and then, without any surprises, performed an update on the combat system. As of November 2023, the IT company has been operating on the pilot version for almost two months, no deviations in operation have been identified.
