Bank TBK has implemented the Dynamika Front Office IT solution . The solution helps the bank to reduce customer service time by simplifying its work through a single web interface that is intuitive for employees, improve the quality of operational service, and reduce operating costs. This was announced on November 29, 2023 by Dynamika.

The introduction of Dynamika Front Office in the TKB banking group made it possible to significantly improve the experience of customer service. The solution provides automation of a number of banking processes, reduces the processing time of customer requests and requests by 30%, as well as improves the accuracy and quality of transactions.

With Dynamika Front Office, the TKB banking group managed to reduce the burden on employees engaged in operational and customer service, which led to a decrease in operating costs. Due to the automation of processes, the bank's employees have fewer complex routine processes, which made it possible to redistribute resources and pay more attention to ondbranding of customers and sales.
