Housing and communal services of Yakutia implement EDMS "Euphrates"

In the state unitary enterprise "Housing and Communal Services of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic" (housing and public utilities of RS) system implementation of electronic document management and business process automation Euphrates (development of Cognitive Technologies company) started. For project implementation at the developer of the software product the license for simultaneous operation of 85 users and the module "Web server" was purchased. Works on implementation and setup of a system are executed by specialists of housing and public utilities of RS.

Due to the large volume of document flow (about 10 thousand documents a month) and need of increase in efficiency of interaction with remote divisions the management of housing and public utilities of RS made the decision on implementation at the enterprise of an electronic document management system. After assessment of the solutions presented at the Russian market for workflow automation of housing and public utilities of RS the Euphrates software product was selected. Its developed functionality, flexibility and also the affordable price, says Cognitive Technologies became the pacing factors which defined the choice of the customer for benefit of this system.

The first stage of system implementation Euphrates in housing and public utilities of RS assuming workflow automation of the directorate of the enterprise which is in Yakutsk is implemented. After its end approval and processing of memos, requests and other internal documents of directorate and also registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence will be transferred to an electronic form.

On the next stages of implementation replication of a system in other divisions of housing and public utilities of RS and transfer to an electronic form of all internal document flow of the enterprise is planned. For the employees who are in official journeys remote access to a system on the Internet will be organized.
