2023: Deso Group bought the Zvezdny Hotel for 4.5 billion rubles

The seller in this transaction was the Leningrad Regional Committee for State Property Management (KUGI).

As the chairman of the state property management committee Marine Tonoyan noted, the decision to sell the hotel was made "to increase the revenue side of the Leningrad region budget."
