Sberbank certifies management of IT services

According to the press service of the company integrator, since 2003 implements bank in management practice by IT services of the recommendation of ITSM. During this time the dispatching service is created, incident management processes, by configurations, changes and releases, the automation equipment of these processes and a monitoring system of resources of IT infrastructure are implemented.

Active implementation of requirements of the standard began in 2010. Together with consultants of I-Teco Ltd specialists of Northern bank of Sberbank of Rossiiproveli detailed inspection of a system, defined "thin" places, developed and implemented requirements to structure and contents of the regulating documentation.

In June, 2010 the BSI company booked preliminary audit. The revealed discrepancies were eliminated within three months that provided successful carrying out certification audit which result was a certificate of conformity to the international standard ISO/IEC 20000:1-2005.
