2023: Service Presentation

UIS, the developer of the communications management system in marketing and sales, on December 5, 2023 presented the UIS Omni business service, which allows you to combine all text and voice communications with a client in one window.

The test version of the service was launched in May 2023. In October, the testing period was successfully completed, and the decision was presented to the market.

The service allows you to:

• Through one window, communicate with the client through all communication channels: calls, text and voice messages, instant messengers, social networks and marketplaces.
• Within one window, it is easy to switch between channels, for example, at the end of the call, send a file to the messenger or fix agreements.
• Monitor the quality of sales managers in all channels of communication with the client.
• Reduce the loss of requests and be sure that all customer requests have been answered.
• Track the sources of all calls, including WhatsApp, and transfer data to CRM.

"On average, about half of the manager-client communications take place in text format," said Dmitry Shchukin, UIS CEO. "Therefore, we tried to offer a solution that will allow the company not to process text messages according to the residual principle, but to extend to them a verified and well-developed algorithm for working with calls."
