2023: Transition to electronic archive "Etla" 7.0

The Multidisciplinary Medical Center implemented and began practical use of the electronic archive "ETLA" version 7.0. This was announced on December 1, 2023 by the company Atlas Soft.

MMC LLC is engaged in the provision of a large list of medical services. The company employs specialists of various profiles, which allows you to provide assistance to all patients.

In the process of providing services, working with suppliers, partners, personnel, there is a need to prepare a whole set of diverse documentation.

The customer received comprehensive assistance in the process of system implementation and configuration. Initially, an examination of the existing paper archive was carried out, which was used by MMC LLC. The procedure was carried out remotely and was carried out in the form of consultations with the customer. Survey questionnaires were sent to him, which made it possible to obtain all the necessary information.

The next stage was the registration of users in the system. To do this, accounts were created and formed that allow you to access the electronic archive. For ease of management, separately created user groups necessary for work. Then all the necessary reference books, cards for various types of documents were created, automatic numbering and naming rules were set up. As a result, the company received a ready-to-use electronic archive "ETLA" version 7.0, adapted to meet personal needs. The transition to it allowed:

  • record and store documentation in electronic form;
  • keep records of documentation;
  • work with almost all types and sizes of documents;
  • link the electronic version of the documentation with its paper original, specifying the storage address;
  • Create cards for documents
  • differentiate access to the system by preventing unauthorized security acquisition;
  • quickly access document cards regardless of location - you only need to access the Internet.

Special attention was paid to security. To prevent the loss of information, a backup of information was organized. Additionally, FIPS certified security features are used.

The advantage of the transition was the possibility of integrating the electronic archive with software solutions that were previously used. In particular, "ETLA" and 1C can be shared.
