As part of projects, employees often have to travel to the customer's territory, so one of the needs was to record and record business trips.

The company plans to organize a structure for accounting for the actual hours of users in the context of main and overtime, as well as a storage structure financial information for projects. They also plan to set up a resource availability report with an indication of overloads, a cash flow report with information on actual payments and expenses. Plus, it is possible to take into account travel and budget maintenance in a plan-actual context, calculate the project margin taking into account labor costs and differentiate access rights to system functions.

The solution will allow you to take into account the actual labor costs with conversion to the budget and balance the load on resources, as well as take control of the calculation of the cost of the project.
