All running scans are displayed on the platform, which provides transparent tracking of each activity. After the scan is complete, the results are available on a single dashboard.

2023: Adding Vulnerability and Incidents Modules

BI.ZONE has expanded the functionality of the platform to control the level of cybersecurity and the maturity of processes in groups of companies. The updated version of BI.ZONE Cyber Maturity Platform (BI. ZONE CMP) has the ability to configure audit controls, integrate with the BI.ZONE TDR (SOC/MDR) service and prepare reports on data from several modules. The company announced this on December 6, 2023.

The main difficulties faced by head organizations in the process of building cybersecurity within the holding are high operating costs, poorly structured processes, as well as a long response to incidents and management instructions. BI. ZONE CMP address these challenges by allowing parent organizations to monitor cybersecurity processes in subsidiaries and assess the maturity level of these processes.

To help CISOs of parent organizations ensure the protection of the holding, we implemented in BI. ZONE CMP of a full cycle of cybersecurity management in subsidiaries: from inventory and audit to setting and coordinating plans to achieve cybersecurity targets. The goal of further development is to further automate data collection, - said Ivan Rogalev, head of BI.ZONE Cyber Maturity Platform.

Thanks to the BI. ZONE CMP update, head organizations will be able to quickly configure processes and conduct audits in subsidiaries for compliance with the regulatory requirements and rules of the holding, ensure monitoring and response to incidents, as well as generate corporate-style reports with support for graphs, tables and data aggregation.

Two new modules have appeared in the platform.

  1. Vulnerabilities. Monitors vulnerabilities in the infrastructure of subsidiaries. The module automatically sends email notifications to responsible employees about detected, vulnerabilities monitors the history of working with threats and restores the history of events for operational investigation.
  2. Incidents. Responsible for setting up cyber incident monitoring. It is integrated with the client portal of the BI. ZONE TDR service and the module. visualization of data Dashboards This allows you not only to monitor and increase the level of security of subsidiaries in real time, but also to quickly make decisions to eliminate incidents.

As part of the update, the existing modules have also improved.

  1. Defplans. Automates the process of planning and setting CISO tasks for subsidiaries and affiliates. Now employees of the parent organization can choose for which companies to agree on a plan to achieve cybersecurity targets within the holding. The update also allows you to quickly check the progress of both the entire plan and individual activities.
  2. Wiki. Corporate knowledge base, which now allows you to create internal spaces for each holding organization, as well as share articles in separate groups. Thanks to this, parent companies will have the opportunity to point out the most important information, as well as control access to it.
  3. Ucheck. Allows you to automate audits, and after updating - conduct them promptly and regularly, as well as flexibly configure questionnaires, which allows holdings to manage the process. Also, with the help of the module, head organizations will be able to check subsidiaries for compliance with almost all types of regulatory documents.
  4. Reports. Allows companies to generate reports based on data from several BI. ZONE CMP modules at once, as well as use data filtering to obtain digital summaries.
