Rolf replaced "BOSS-personnel officer" with SAP

After long-term use of a personnel management system "BOSS-personnel officer" the Rolf group cardinally upgraded personnel records in the divisions, having created uniform settlement center and having passed to software from SAP.

The Rolf group, one of the largest Russian car dealers, completed the project on creation of the Uniform Center of Payroll based on the software of SAP. Molga Consulting acted as integrator of the project.

During global upgrade of personnel records of Rolf the BOSS-personnel officer who was used by group on an extent more than eight years refused an old HRM system. And finally on BOSS not only fixed functions of personnel records, but human resource management were automated (training and certifications). "BOSS-personnel officer" in Rolf was engaged in implementation and support Omega Plus 91 company.

Representatives of Rolf did not specify why the company finally replaced the software solution and passed to the new platform. As specified TAdviser in Rolf, on SAP all operations on functions of personnel administration, time keeping and payroll are conducted.

The new settlement center of group earned in the summer of 2010 based on HCM SAP ERP. It provides payroll for 40 legal entities (excepting the Kazakhstan divisions) numbering about 5.5 thousand employees.

The complexity of the project consisted that business of the Rolf group includes different types of activity: import, logistics, retail and also deliveries of spare parts and accessories. In each of these deyatelnost there are the specifics of payroll to the employees.

For example, for logistic business of Rolf the methodology of accounting of work and the salary of drivers of the international and long-distance runs was created. It is one of the most difficult employee categories in terms of compensation that is caused by specifics of the legislation regulating special conditions and the diagram of their work. The full-function center also gives the chance of calculation of variable bonus components of the salary for retail division of the company.

According to Stephen Fletcher, the board member of Rolf group, the main result of creation of uniform settlement center – increase in company performance and pecuniary benefits which proved in a month after implementation.
