2023: Modernization of the PLM circuit of Ural Civil Aviation Plant JSC based on ASCON products
The project is a set of designed and implemented IT solutions, a case of digitalization of engineering data within the enterprise, aviation industry solved taking into account the restrictions, requirements and specifics of the industry. For the first time industries in the Urals, heterogeneous historical data on the product under the control of the corporate import-independent PDM system were combined and unified. Specialists of the Regional Center participated in the implementation of the project. ASCON Urals
Project results
The target level of automation of business processes of engineering digital production preparation has been achieved.
The solution of the target unified database is designed. Four heterogeneous engineering databases are "merged" into one with the preservation of accumulated data for 2012-2023.

The volume of non-certified process documentation decreased by more than 3 times.
Electronic process approval has been implemented. A platform has been developed for coordination using enhanced EDS.
A subsystem for managing the processes of normalizing auxiliary materials and generating reports has been developed and implemented.
A module has been adapted and implemented that implements the concept of "digital archive of electronic originals of KTD."
