The deal was concluded with the issue of the CFA, placed by PJSC Rostelecom on December 4, 2023 in the amount of 200 million rubles. The organizer of the placement of the CFA was Bank GPB. The Bank became the buyer in the secondary market Дом.РФ.

"The conclusion of the first transactions with the CFA on the platform of the exchange operator of the Moscow Exchange is an important step in building a highly liquid secondary market for digital assets for all categories of customers. Over the past three months, we have seen a multiple growth in the volume of the CFA market and expect its further growth next year, "said Sergei Kharinov, director of digital assets at the Moscow Exchange.

Placement of the "Rostelecom" issue of the CFA on the "Moscow Exchange"

On December 4, 2023, the issue of the CFA was placed on the Moscow Exchange, the issuer of which was Rostelecom. This was reported by representatives of the exchange.

The issue is structured in the form of monetary requirements with the possibility of secondary circulation on the platform of the exchange operator of the Moscow Exchange. The volume of issue amounted to 200 million rubles, the circulation period is 4 days, the rate is 15.26% per annum.

The release allowed Rostelecom to expand its borrowing infrastructure by entering the digital financial assets market.
