In addition, Renaissance Insurance employees drew attention to the popularity of the service in the market and among their counterparties. To connect EDO to their accounting systems service, Renaissance Insurance was carried out with the integration help of API Diadoc: the development department introduced more than 20 integration solutions in 2022 alone. In 2023, the project continues - the company creates complex integrations for the necessary operating scenarios.

The company created its own division structure in Diadoc to route documents. Each counterparty is assigned to a specific division, and all documents from it immediately go to the right employee. Also, Renaissance Insurance has technical support for EDO, which employees can contact.
