More than 8.5 thousand counterparties Renaissance Insurance transferred to EDO since Kontur. Diadoc. This was announced on December 8, 2023 by SKB Kontur.

The company began to translate its processes into electronic form in 2019. Using electronic document management (EDM), the insurer planned:

  • faster exchange of documents with counterparties,
  • reduce the cost of document management,
  • automate the submission of documents to the archive,
  • free up employee time for important tasks.

The company chose an electronic document management service, focusing on important criteria for it - reliability, a convenient interface, the ability to integrate and roaming. In addition, Renaissance Insurance employees drew attention to the popularity of the service in the market and among their counterparties. According to all the parameters of the company, Kontur.Diadok approached.

To connect EDO to their accounting systems service, Renaissance Insurance was carried out with the integration help of API Diadoc: the development department introduced more than 20 integration solutions in 2022 alone. In 2023, the project continues - the company creates complex integrations for the necessary operating scenarios.

The company created its own division structure in Diadoc to route documents. Each counterparty is assigned to a specific division, and all documents from it immediately go to the right employee. Also, Renaissance Insurance has technical support for EDO, which employees can contact.

Renaissance Insurance actively attracts counterparties to work through EDO. Over the past two years, their number has grown 3 times and reached 8.5 thousand. The Diadoc activation department helps the insurer to achieve such results. Together, they created a landing and presentation to invite counterparties to e-exchange documents. For managers, Renaissance Insurance carries out internal measures to work with counterparties. One of these is a marathon, the essence of which is to attract as many counterparties to EDO as possible over a certain period. Winners are awarded useful prizes, such as smart speakers.

The number of documents that the company transmits electronically has doubled over the past two years - to 127.5 thousand. Thanks to EDO Renaissance Insurance, it saved seven tons of paper, thereby preserving more than 120 trees.
