AlphaInsurance transferred IT to outsourcing

The AlphaInsurance company transferred support of IT infrastructure of the geographical distributed branches to Optima services.

Project

First of all the project the representations of the customer located in the European part of Russia - Arkhangelsk, Murmansk, Obninsk, Kaluga, Kursk, Tula, Bryansk, Yaroslavl, Tver and also departments, sales points and territorial agencies in the cities of Kozmodemyansk, Kotlas, Zheleznogorsk, Tver, Novodvinsk entered.

Aspects

The agreement provides service of the automated jobs, peripheral and office equipment, storage systems, a support and maintenance of a corporate data network, telephony and contract management of the customer with suppliers of adjacent services.

Within project implementation the uniform point of entry for addresses of users of JSC AlphaInsurance – the round-the-clock service Service Desk is organized.
