The Ryazan City Council implements electronic document management and applies Case

In the Ryazan City Council the electronic document management system "CASE" is implemented. Integrator in the project SoftExpert company.

Preproject

Earlier in the Duma the recording system of documents developed by technical specialists of the Duma, which is constantly finished and updated according to needs of users was used. It became at some point clear - further development and support of own system it is inefficient and inexpedient as in modern IT market the ready-made solutions which are completely providing all necessary functionality for workflow automation are presented.

After the detailed analysis of offers, a choice was made in advantage EDMS "CASE".

Project

At the initial stage twenty jobs of the CASE systems are set.

In the course of implementation flow analysis of documents for all of them of types is carried out, the corresponding setup of a system is made. Special attention is paid to request processing of citizens and preparation and approval of drafts of administrative documents. In the project progress the structural divisions which are engaged in registration and document handling and ensuring functioning of committees and commissions regarding preparation of drafts of administrative documents and their approval are completely automated. For the staff of these divisions the training course providing all necessary information on work with a system is conducted.

Today in plans

Now, within further development of the automation system of document flow, development of analytical report forms on execution of documents, resolutions and instructions is planned.
