In the Ryazan City Council the implementation project of a subsystem of electronic document management of "Delo-WEB" is complete. Integrator in the project SoftExpert company.
To the project
In the Duma the recording system of documents developed by technical specialists of the Duma, which is constantly finished and updated according to needs of users was applied. It became at some point clear - further development and support of own system it is inefficient and inexpedient as in modern IT market the ready-made solutions which are completely providing all necessary functionality for workflow automation are presented.
After the detailed analysis of offers, a choice was made in advantage EDMS "CASE" and subsystems "Delo-WEB".
Project
Two tens jobs systems are installed. "Delo-WEB" implements full access to a workplace via the web interface. The option "Line Scanning" for fast transfer of the existing paper archives in an electronic form is implemented.
