IT integrator "First Bit" has finalized and implemented a corporate portal with CRM-functionality Bitriks24 for a mountain resort - "Rosa Khutor." The project made it possible to optimize business processes, increase revenue and more efficiently manage the flow of guests in a single information space. This was announced by "First Bit" on December 12, 2023.
To improve the efficiency of operational processes, the resort management decided to transfer call center employees to a single digital space, as well as introduce a system for accounting and controlling cash returns and regulate the functions of key divisions of the company. The corporate portal and the CRM system "Bitrix24" perfectly suited these tasks. Now all requests from Rosa Khutor guests enter a single space available to employees with dedicated roles.
During the project, Bitrix24 was finalized by expanding the functionality for issuing access rights to CRM for a specific resort hotel - now leads and transactions are displayed and stored in accordance with the hotel that created them. At the same time, Rosa Khutor marketers can monitor and create reports on contacts with guests without violating access and privacy rules.
Bitrix24 was integrated with the OPERA hotel management system previously used by the company. All data on guests and bookings are synchronized between these systems, the conversion takes place on a special sftp server. This increased guest service, loyalty, and helped manage data and resources more efficiently. Managers simultaneously have access to guest information, and management receives detailed analytical reports on each of the resort's hotels online.
First Bit specialists have developed a non-standard data deduplication module that helps the company maintain an up-to-date customer database. It works with three external systems: Opera, ISD and "1C: Trade Management." Three fields have been created in the contact card to store the id in each of these systems. The module compares data from different systems and automatically updates contact information according to the master system. The history of these changes is saved in the deduplication log.
The introduction of Bitrix24 from the First Bit allowed the Rosa Khutor resort to improve the quality of service and clarity of internal processes. All data is collected in a single CRM system: reliably protected and free from information leaks. A unique deduplier made it possible to get rid of duplicates and inconsistencies in the programs used and link elements of different databases to each other.
