2023: Construction of a plant for the production of ventilation systems with investments of 1.25 billion rubles

In December 2023, the construction of a plant for the production of ventilation systems with investments of 1.25 billion rubles began in the Moscow region. We are talking about the project of the company "Ventilation Factory GalVent."

She is building a production complex in Balashikha. There will be organized the production of ventilation systems for civil and industrial facilities. The enterprise is planned to be commissioned in 2025, about 470 jobs will be created there.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region, a wide range of air ducts, air control devices, silencers, ventilation filters, as well as equipment for ventilation systems will be manufactured at the plant of the company "Ventilation Factory GalVent." The Ministry of Property Management for the production of the company provided a land plot with an area of ​ ​ more than 9 hectares. The production will be equipped with modern equipment, the department added.

By the end of 2023, the GalVent Ventilation Factory is the largest enterprise in Russia for the production of ventilation systems for civil and industrial facilities. The factory annually produces over four million square meters of air ducts and other elements of ventilation systems.

Earlier in 2023, the Moscow authorities transferred a land plot to the company in the southeast of the capital to create the production of ventilation equipment as part of a large-scale investment project worth about 4 billion rubles. It is planned to create over 1,100 jobs at this enterprise.

A new plant will be built in Nekrasovka on a plot of 5.5 hectares. In 2023, the lease agreement was concluded for five years, during which the company must complete the construction of a plant with an area of ​ ​ 37 thousand square meters.^[1]
