2023: Construction of sanatorium

On December 9, 2023, the government of the Stavropol Territory announced the signing of an agreement with Sirius TK LLC (a subsidiary of Prime Life Development) on the construction of a large sanatorium-resort complex Bekeshevsky. Investments in the project are estimated at 1 billion rubles.

The object will be erected in the Foothill District on the territory of the former dacha of the head of the USSR Leonid Ilyich Brezhnev. It is noted that this site was abandoned and remained in disrepair for many years. As part of the new project, hotels, two open pools and a reservoir with thermal springs will be located on an area of approximately 3.5 hectares. The total building area will be about 10 thousand square meters. It is planned to create up to 150 comfortable rooms that meet the high standards of the hotel business.
