NPP Spectec executed an implementation project of an information system" Maintenance and repair of the equipment" in joint stock company" Electric transport". The system implemented on the basis of the software package TRIM is put into operation.

Processes of maintenance and repair (MRO) of the rolling stock are the most important factor of competitiveness as reliability of the equipment, security and reliability of transportations and also cost of transport services depends on them. Information system MRO, thus, should provide transparency and controllability of these processes, to become some tools of quality at the enterprise.

The choice of contractors on implementation of information system MRO took place for benefit of Scientific Production Enterprise" Spectec" and" Spectec Murmansk". Defining for such choice became presence at" Spectec" of extensive experience of implementation of the similar systems, including on transport, existence of representation in the location of the customer and also presence at" Spectec" of a ready software platform for the MRO system – the TRIM complex. In particular, the customer stopped the choice on" boxed" the TRIM-PMS software product.

The TRIM-PMS complex is a set of the program and methodical means, interconnected and ready to use, integrated by the uniform concept of the organization, carrying out, assessment and the analysis of a MRO. This product is initially focused on economic implementations at the enterprises with rather small repair (service) services. The fixed feature set, settings and tools of the analysis provided to TRIM-PMS allows to apply standard techniques of implementation, to limit amounts of works and by that to provide profitability of implementation projects of TRIM-PMS.

Within the TRIM-PMS project it was delivered to the customer on 8 users – on two users at office, in depot No. 1 and No. 2, in repair shops. Specialists" Scientific Production Enterprise" Spectec" and" Spectec Murmansk", together with the customer, organized collecting and check of initial data for future system. On the basis of this information" Spectec" created the database of the MRO system – with passport characteristics of trolleybuses, standard works and standards for works of a MRO, directories of nodes, units, spare parts, the staff list, magazines of a run (operating time), etc. Contractors of the project provided user training, developed regulations of operation of a system, and carried out balancing and commissioning according to the program of acceptance tests.

Besides, within the project specialists of Scientific Production Enterprise" Spectec" developed the program converter of data, for integration of the MRO system and the system of financial accounting 1C used at the enterprise. Basic purpose of the converter – synchronization of systems regarding reference books of material resources, lists of the warehouses and responsible persons, a remaining balance of warehouses, the movement Inventories given on a run of trolleybuses.

At the beginning of November, 2010 the MRO system of joint stock company" Electric transport" is put in operation. Basic functions of a system – formation and maintaining the normative reference information on types of trolleybuses, maintaining archive of documents and the directory of spare parts, accounting of location of the equipment, registration of installation and dismantling of nodes, work planning of a MRO, formation of requests for spare parts, accounting of the actual execution of works and production indicators for each piece of equipment. Important function is also maintaining and an output from the system of forms on each trolleybus with display of the made repairs, their costs, stories of controlled parameters, a run, the installed spare parts and the spent materials.
