The MF "Best Service" Astrakhan company implemented an information system of Best-5 at the municipal state enterprise of Astrakhan "Directorate on capital construction" which is engaged in implementation of federal programs of construction in Astrakhan and distribution of financing of city capital construction.
The project started at the end of August, 2007 and proceeded two months. All sections of accounting and tax accounting were during this time automated and personnel training is provided.
At implementation multisegment analytical accounting was implemented, the possibility of conducting separate accounting on financing sources is provided. All settlement functions which were performed earlier by accountants manually are automated using the device of group transactions allowing to create accounting entries and to calculate the amounts of these postings on randomly to the set algorithms. Within the project all necessary forms of the external reporting were configured and unloading of the indicators in electronic form which are contained in them for submission to tax authorities is provided.
