2023: Implementation of the Client Data Management System
The Moscow Credit Bank (MKB) has implemented the CDI (Customer Data Integration) client data management system and has streamlined the database of clients - individuals and legal entities. ICD customers will receive up-to-date notifications about the banking products they use and will be able to use the services of the bank, which they do not yet have in their assets. Representatives of the ICD reported this on December 13, 2023.
CDI reviews and monitors more than 80 fields by individual and legal entity on a daily basis. Thanks to configured online and offline checks when establishing and changing client data, the system prevents the entry of incorrect data.
"Data is the foundation on which business-client interaction is built. During the project, the CDI boxed solution from the Russian company HF Labs and the bank's CRM system were finalized. As a result of the introduction in the database of individuals, incorrect names and identified duplicates were 100% eliminated. 99% reduced the number of incorrect dates of birth of customers and 94% - incorrect addresses. Our IT team has completed integration, testing and pilot operation ahead of schedule. Earlier, the ICD launched the Data Quality platform. The processes implemented within Data Quality allow you to track potential errors with sufficient frequency to detect them before they cause problems.
The quality and accuracy of the data make it possible to improve the efficiency of the bank, as well as optimize customer experience.
