Corporate clients of Surgutneftegazbank were able to confirm their transactions using PayControl, a solution developed by SafeTech, a resident of the Skolkovo Foundation's IT cluster. SafeTech announced this on December 20, 2023.

PayControl is a mobile authentication and electronic signature platform that allows citizens and legal entities to conveniently and safely confirm their transactions in remote banking channels. PayControl helps to resist the main attacks on bank customers: SIM card reissue, phishing, document substitution, social engineering, etc.

The solution is much more convenient and secure than the classic confirmation tools (- USB tockens, SMS and push- codes, etc.). Using PayControl is easy - just click on the screen, and the smartphone debit transaction will be carried out. The entire process of signing and confirming the payment will take 2 seconds.

PayControl uses asymmetric cryptography, secure storage of electronic signature keys, guaranteed integrity control of the signed document, visualization of data before confirmation, risk of device scoring, etc., which ensures the security of transaction confirmation.

PayControl is integrated directly into the mobile application for corporate clients of the credit institution, the solution was implemented by BSS.
