2023: Agreement to Promote Russian Office Software

MyOffice and the Administration of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug signed a cooperation agreement. The signing ceremony of the agreement with the participation of Pavel Kalyakin, General Director of MyOffice, and Yuri Bezdudny, Governor of the NAO, took place on December 19, 2023.

The agreement is aimed at popularizing Russian software and is designed to assist in the implementation of digital transformation projects in the region, national projects and other government initiatives to switch to domestic software.

In particular, as part of the implementation of the agreement, MyOffice handed over to the Administration of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug the software "MyOffice Education" to equip secondary schools and preschool institutions in the region.

The parties also agreed to work on issues of increasing the share of Russian software in state institutions of the NAO, exchange experience and knowledge, as well as jointly hold various conferences, presentations, exhibitions and other scientific, practical and public events related to the development and use of Russian software.

The Nenets Autonomous Okrug plays a significant role in providing the Russian Federation with hydrocarbon reserves. Therefore, for both government organizations and enterprises operating in the NAO, stability and continuity of business processes are important, which is ensured, among other things, by the use of secure software. Establishing long-term relations with MyOffice will speed up the development of digitalization projects in the region, - said Yuri Bezdudny, Governor of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

In the current conditions, many Russian state structures and commercial organizations faced the need to urgently transfer their information systems to domestic software. The signed agreement with the Nenets Autonomous Okrug will help the region adopt our expertise in the implementation of such projects and will allow this path to pass quickly and as comfortably as possible. Our investments in the NAO education system not only contribute to reducing budget expenditures in the region, but also allow us to start preparing students right now with popular skills in working with domestic software, "said Pavel Kalyakin, General Director of MyOffice.
