Ussuriysk Vodokanal automates document flow using the ELMA system

Ussuriysk Vodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise is the multi-profile enterprise which is responsible for supply with water of residents of Ussuriysk. The welfare and the favorable social atmosphere of the city in many respects depends on stable work of water supply systems and water disposal. In the work the staff of Ussuriysk Vodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise inevitably faces the enormous volume of documentary work with customers and the population. With respect thereto there was a special need in optimization and increase in efficiency of work with documentation and also need of ensuring fast and high-quality processing of incoming documents, says EleWise.

For the solution of these tasks in October, 2010 the management of Ussuriysk Vodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise made the decision on acquisition of Business Process Management Suite and electronic document management of ELMA which functionality most fully corresponds to requirements of the enterprise.

As a result of project implementation the enterprise will receive the modern mechanism of management and interaction which will allow to optimize routes of passing of documents, to reduce terms of approval and execution of documents; organize convenient search and reliable document storage, reduce time of execution of instructions and increase efficiency of obtaining necessary information.
