Sarmich and Constanta announced the implementation of a joint automation project.

- Implement a production line load planning system
- Develop controls for compliance with production technology
- Create tools for monitoring the consumption of raw materials and auxiliary materials in production areas
As of December 2023, about 35 employees of the enterprise work daily in the system and create approximately 1,400 documents per day. We can already talk about the following positive effects of system implementation:
- Reduced production costs due to reduced technological losses associated with cheese delinquency and spoilage, non-production losses and reduced labor costs per unit of production;
- Increased output per unit due to more uniform loading of production lines;
- Reduced returns by monitoring compliance with manufacturing technology and pre-sales packaging.

This high score was achieved by the enterprise due to the speed of reporting and the degree of detail. " Despite the presence of manual labor at the enterprise, the system made it possible to quickly show traceability in the context of the used batches of raw materials and the actions of specialists at each production redistribution.
