In 1987 Elena Putilina graduated from the Moscow medical university. Upon termination of the university worked as the practicing doctor on the system of Ministry of Railways (a multi-profile medical system), the consulting physician in the international pharmaceutical company Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD). In 1995 it was invited to a position of the area sales manager in the international pharmaceutical company Smith Kline Beecham, soon took a position of the sales director. In 1997 Elena Leonidovna came to the pharmaceutical trading company "Vremya" to a position of the development director of retail network. In 1999 received the bachelor's degree in Management at the Open University of Great Britain.

Since 2000 Elena Putilina is the Managing director of Tupperware in Russia. In 2001 under its management the company enters the market of Ukraine, in 2003 – Kazakhstan, the end of 2007 was mentioned by entry of the company into the market of Azerbaijan. In June, 2010 the first Distribyyutorny Center in Belarus opened. In 2006 Tupperware Brands Corporation selects the region of Russia and the CIS countries in a separate Cluster. Elena Putilina holds a position of the Regional Vice president of Tupperware of the CIS. Since 2006 Elena Putilina is a member of Operational Committee Tupperware Brands Corporation.

For more than 10 years under the leadership of Elena Leonidovna Putilina the Tupperware company showed high business results: the quantity Distribyyutornykh Centrov increased from 8 to 200. The cluster of Tupperware of the CIS was recognized by Tupperware Brands Corporation one of the most fast-growing in the world. The main vital value for Elena is the family. The husband heads one of the largest companies in the sector FMCG, holding a post of the CEO of Harris SNG (Barilla Group). The daughter – Maria – the student of "The higher school of business" of MSU, faculty "International Management" where 80% of training are conducted in English.

Elena Putilina very much loves art: classical music, theater, ballet and opera. She plays the piano, is fond of psychology, takes Pilates, ballroom dances, tennis, scuba diving, rides mountain skiing and perfectly drives the car.
