Automation of accounting of housing and public utilities in HCC Dzerzhinets-6

In the Dzerzhinets-6 Housing Co-operative (HCO) implementation of the 1C:VDGB program is carried out: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC, industry solution developed on 1C: Enterprise platform 8.

The management of HCC Dzerzhinets-6 made the decision on control automation and accounting activity of the enterprise for increase in transparency and quality of conducting all types of accounting. For accomplishment of automation the 1C:VDGB software product was selected: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC which considers specifics of work of the enterprises of the industry of housing and communal services, in particular — specifics of activity of Housing co-operatives.

Automation of accounting and management of housing and public utilities was entrusted 1C:VDGB company having experience of similar implementations of specialized 1C systems at the housing and public utilities enterprises. 1C:VDGB program: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC, due to integration into the standard solution 1C: Accounting 8, allowed to automate the following sections of accounting activity of HCC Dzerzhinets-6:

• material accounting;
• inventory control;
• accounting of transactions with money;
• fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• salary accrual;
• application of any tax modes (the STS, an UIIT, the normal system of taxation, SP) and transition from one tax regime to another in working base in several minutes.

Functionality of the 1C:VDGB software product: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC allows to solve also a number of tasks, specific to UK:

• flexible determination of services and methods of their calculation;
