The project was implemented by VisorLabs.

At Lukoil Western Siberia facilities in Kogalym, a computer vision-based automated pipe length measurement system was tested. During the tests, preliminary accuracy was achieved at the level of 99.65%.

System Implementation Results:

• Recognition of tripping stages at the minimum required level for testing;
• Stable synchronization of the received data;
• Calculation in a given logic during descent.

Hardware:

• Use of sensors according to oil and gas industry standards;
• Stable signal from all sensors and camera;
• Cabinet for subzero heating circuit packs.
