Multifunction center of the city district Balashikha" (MFC) (Chapel)

The main objective of MU "MFC of the City District Balashikha" (MFC) - complex and operational problem solving of clients on site, an exception of need to address to different departments and the organizations for a design of one service. Work is conducted by skilled staff in the place, comfortable for clients, and the mode.

For support of work of MFC the telephone service of processing of citizens' appeals works. Automation of work of service using the Chapel system allowed to solve the following problems:

• quality improvement of providing public and municipal services;
• increase in processing speed of the arriving addresses;
• creation of a system of operational request processing of applicants;
• ensuring uniform centralized accounting of the arrived telephone addresses;
• documentary and information support of activity.
