Tasks

Within the Federal target program "Electronic Russia", the administration of Altai Krai tries to create necessary conditions for entry into an electronic document management system of national scale. In connection therewith and also for the purpose of the subsequent integration of EDMS into the system of interdepartmental electronic document management, in divisions of administration study experience of implementation of electronic document management in the region and implement the EDMS projects.

First place

The first workplace of an electronic document management system "CASE" is set in Accounts Chamber of Altai Krai in November of the current year. It allowed to automate functions of office-work and to provide quick search of documents. The labor input of the works connected with maintaining the nomenclature of affairs and paper magazines decreased, the possibility of acceptance of electronic documents from parent organization – Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation appeared.

Objectives

It is supposed that further, system implementation will allow to automate all processes of office-work, will provide full participation of staff of Accounts Chamber of Altai Krai in interdepartmental electronic interaction.
