The deployment of the digital platform will take place as part of a pilot project under a tripartite agreement between the IT developer, the medical institution and the municipal district administration.

Piloting the system will last six months. The system should help the institution to improve the efficiency of its work and the quality of services provided to patients.

The developers note that when creating the system, a process approach was used.

We examined in detail the processes that exist in a medical institution, and after identifying bottlenecks, we automated them. Hospital staff no longer need to spend the lion's share of their time on bureaucratic processes. Moreover, the availability of clear regulations accelerates the work of each staff unit, which ultimately affects the speed of patient care. The system also shows the loading of doctors and other personnel, peak opening hours of the reception department, monitoring of the electronic queue, which allows you to make operational decisions, "said Alexey Ryabov, director of information systems at Sitronics KT.
