In the Russian market at last there was available and simple software solution allowing to provide the high level of automation of management accounting for the HoReCa enterprises! "BIT. The public catering 8", implemented in the Novorossiysk boarding house "Aist", excluded need of large expenses on automation and provided to the management of the enterprise the multifunction tool for processing of all information necessary for accounting.

The Aist (CHERNOMORSKIYE KURORTY LLC) boarding house is located in the Natural boundary "Wide beam" in an environmentally friendly corner of the Black Sea coast. The boarding house is expected 318 places. The recreation area the Wide beam locates the developed infrastructure of entertainments: cafe, bars, restaurants, discos, billiard halls, saunas with pools.

For accounting in boarding house the non-standard configuration on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform was used, but it did not give required functionality. The management of Stork addressed specialists of BIT which offered the program "BIT. A public catering 8", - the modern solution unique on price relation and qualities. To ensure safety of the data which are saved up for operating time of boarding house, specialists of BIT transferred the nomenclature, compoundings and a remaining balance of Inventories from old information base to a new solution.

The simple start of work with a new solution became possible thanks to the provided training: for only several days users of the program in the front office and a back office seized opportunities of the solution and started full use of the program. "BIT. The public catering 8" allows to keep an inventory control of goods and products, to register settlement with suppliers and clients, to control purchase of materials and their implementation and also to prepare the necessary management reporting.
