2024: Denis Kutergin acquired a stake in Truck-Pricer.ru.

On January 10, 2024, it became known that the co-founder of the YouDo service marketplace Denis Kutergin acquired a stake in the Truck-Price car dealer. Ru. The amount and terms of the transaction as of the specified date are not reported.

Truck-Pric.Ru LLC (English name - Truck-Price.Ru LLC) was formed in Moscow in July 2023. The founder and leader is Sergey Yakovlevich Tsupilo. The authorized capital is 20 thousand rubles, and the main activity is the trade in light vehicles and light trucks. In addition, several additional activities were named: the production of vehicles; production of bodies for motor vehicles; production of trailers and semi-trailers; trade in other motor vehicles; wholesale automotive parts, assemblies and accessories. It is reported that Denis Kutergin acquired a 3.5 percent stake in Truck-Pric.Ru LLC. Sergey Tsupilo owns 93%, and the remaining 3.5% - Eduard Gurinovich.
