2019: Automation of production metering with TALARIX MES software product
To improve the quality of the enterprise's process management, the management of Agro-Plus LLC decided to automate production accounting using the TALARIX MES software product.
Project Objectives and Objectives:
- Create an operational system of production accounting and logistics in the division based on the standard TALARIX MES solution as a tool for management decisions;
- Analysis of the yield of good and defective raw materials from slaughter/deboning;
- Ensuring traceability of products;
- Operational control of residues at; warehouse
- Operational monitoring of processes, control of achievement of planned indicators at the moment of time;
- Control of losses at all stages of production (control of losses for transportation, during storage of raw materials, during "rework");
- Work with non-conformities;
- Control over the work of employees.
As a result of the project, all the goals and objectives set were fully fulfilled. The company has received an effective MES system for tracking and maintaining production records.
