2018: Automation of production metering with TALARIX MES software product

The leadership of Nadezhda JSC was tasked with improving the production process management system.

To automate the enterprise, the TALARIX MES software product was chosen, which is a hardware and software complex, the main purpose of which is quantitative and qualitative accounting and control of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products and manufactured operations directly at the meat processing plant at control points, with the connection of weighing equipment online.

The following results were achieved at Nadezhda JSC using the TALARIX MES industry solution:

• The PC "Acceptance of products from production/from other storage places" was developed and launched;
• Data exchange between MES and RMK systems is configured;
• Control points for product packaging processes, control points for product storage and shipment processes have been finalized and put into pilot operation;
• MES lower level processes/on WMS , fridge packaging warehouse and finished products are automated;
• Additional equipment is connected to the system (temperature sensors, semi-carcass meters, etc.).

The goals of the project for the implementation of the new system have been achieved. The use of the TALARIX MES configuration allowed Nadezhda JSC to automate operations related to industrial accounting. The necessary PCs were organized and automated workplaces were tied.

All tasks were automated and the system was fully put into commercial operation.
