2017: Automation of production metering with TALARIX MES software product
To effectively manage production processes, the management of LLC Meat Processing Plant ECO decided to automate the enterprise using the TALARIX MES software product. As a result of the implementation, the enterprise received an effective MES system due to:
- optimization of technological processes;
- organization of continuous total control and transparent production;
- proactive response to production process deviations based on a system of non-conformities and prevention of possible defects and losses.
As a result of the project, all the goals and objectives set were fully fulfilled. The company has received an effective MES system for tracking and maintaining production records.
