2014: Implementation of MDM-Tender.Pro solution in LLC Trading House Solar Products
The purpose of the project:
- Normalization of the Material and Technical Resources Reference Book: identification of duplicates (catalog from the Solar Products software product containing names and characteristics of material and technical resources), combination of duplicates and reference records, identification of incorrect units of measurement and conversion factors.
- Classification of the reference book nomenclature items in accordance with the Unified Catalog of TenderPro LLC (catalog from the software product of TenderPro LLC containing the names and characteristics of material and technical resources).
Results:
- Item description standards have been developed.
- Normalized 62,000 records of the MTR directory.
- Each directory item is assigned the category of the TenderPro classifier, indicating the full path.
- Duplicate records identified.
- Records not subject to normalization have been identified.
- Incomplete records identified. A list of missing attributes is generated for each incomplete item.
